Job Description

Responsibilities: Job Purpose: To execute the duties necessary to operate the casino player's club. This includes registering new players, providing current customers with point and or offer information; assisting in club giveaway programs and sell concert tickets.
Responsibilities: Understand and properly communicate the benefits and privileges of the tiered player’s card.
Responsibilities: Answer clearly and understand all guest questions.
Responsibilities: Recognizes frequent guests.
Responsibilities: Monitor promotions and awards prizes.
Responsibilities: Enters guest data into the computer.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age
Requirements: Must be able to work a variety of schedules, evenings, weekends and holidays
Requirements: Must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills.
Requirements: Must possess a positive attitude
Requirements: Must be able to work well with diverse clientele

Preferred: Computer data entry experience preferred.
