- Plan and optimize campaigns across paid channels with a hard focus on performance
- Analyze CPMs, CTRs, and creative performance to find what's working and scale it
- Stay ahead of platform changes, emerging formats, and industry trends
- Connect creative decisions to data outcomes and communicate that clearly
Requirements
- You think in CPMs the way other people think in plain English
- You have strong opinions about creative performance backed by data, not gut feel
- You follow what's cutting edge in media buying and actually apply it
- You've personally managed $250,000+ per month in ad spend
- You have hands-on experience running Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads at scale
- You move fast, stay curious, and don't need hand-holding
