THE ROLE:

You'll be one of the first marketing hires at a company that's scaling fast. You'll work directly with our CEO (former VP of Global Brand Management at Caesars Entertainment) and alongside a small, nimble marketing team that's being built right now. There's no playbook to inherit — you'll help write it. If that sounds overwhelming, this isn't for you. If that sounds like an opportunity, it is.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

You live in the ad platforms. You can build a campaign from scratch, set up tracking that doesn't break, and diagnose a performance drop by looking at the data. You feel totally at home inside Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads — and you're confident you can learn any platform you haven't touched yet.

Maybe you've been running campaigns at an agency. Maybe you've been the performance person on a small (or large) team and you're looking for more ownership, more speed, and a company that actually invests in your growth and professional development.

THE COMPANY:

Impulse Alarm is a technology-driven home security company with a strong consumer finance component. We're not a traditional alarm company. We originate and service our own consumer credit lines, and nearly half our team are full-stack software engineers who build our tools and systems in-house. We consider ourselves a financial technology company under the hood. Our environment sits at the intersection of operations, consumer lending, technology, and growth marketing.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You learn fast, figure things out on your own, and don't wait to be told what to do.
• You're excited by the challenge (and opportunity) of building something from the ground up.
• You have 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on at least one major platform.
• You're confident you can learn any platform. This role will work across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, Reddit, and whatever's next — and we need someone excited to grow into all of it.
• You've actually been in the ad account(s), spending real budget, not just making presentations about it.
• You're comfortable in the technical weeds: conversion tracking, pixel implementation, GTM, GA4, attribution modeling. If someone says "the pixel isn't firing," you know where to look.
• You have strong analytical skills. You think in CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and you can diagnose a performance drop by looking at the data, not just guessing.
• You're comfortable with (or genuinely excited about) AI tools like Claude — you already use them, or you can't wait to start.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns is a plus — especially if you understand the difference between lead volume and lead quality, and have optimized for the latter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own paid media execution across multiple channels — Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, and whatever's next. You'll be in the platforms daily, building and managing campaigns hands-on.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and attribution — pixels, CAPI, GTM, GA4, UTM structures. If tracking breaks, you fix it. If it doesn't exist yet, you build it.
• Manage and allocate paid media budgets to maximize ROAS and lead quality across channels. You own the numbers and you're accountable for performance.
• Build, launch, test, and optimize campaigns — audience targeting, bid strategies, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and creative performance analysis.
• Analyze performance data and turn it into action — not just reporting what happened, but diagnosing why and recommending what to do next.
• Build performance dashboards and reporting so the team can see what's working in real time.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, copy testing, audience analysis, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to make sure performance and creative are aligned — you bring the data and platform expertise, they bring the creative strategy and content.
• Grow into more — as the team scales, you'll take on broader responsibilities and have the opportunity to shape how we approach performance marketing across all channels.
