Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns
• Create and optimize high-converting ad creatives
• Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics
• Build retargeting and lead generation funnels
• Manage CRM and automation workflows in HubSpot
• Create email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences
• Setup landing pages, forms, and customer pipelines
• Improve SEO and online visibility
• Create recruiting and promotional campaigns
• Produce weekly performance reports and recommendations

• Sales funnel setup and optimization

• Reporting dashboards and analytics

• Basic SEO and blog optimization inside HubSpot
