Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own performance analysis and forecasting across paid media channels, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Lead CRO initiatives across the website and landing pages, designing and executing experiments that improve conversion and revenue.
  • Own website and landing page performance, driving a continuous optimization roadmap in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Build and own performance forecasts and reporting frameworks that connect channel activity to revenue outcomes, giving leadership and the team clear visibility into what is driving growth.
  • Drive paid media strategy across channels including Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, serving as the analytical voice for agency partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead performance-grounded creative feedback to internal teams and external partners, developing creative briefs and ensuring messaging direction is driven by what converts.
  • Own the testing and experimentation roadmap across paid channels, landing pages, and messaging, continuously designing and running experiments to drive incremental improvement.
  • Translate performance data into clear creative iteration direction, ensuring paid creative is continuously refined based on what the data shows.
  • Serve as a key analytical voice in strategic planning conversations, presenting data-backed analysis and recommendations directly to senior leadership and C-Suite to drive decisions on channel investment, audience targeting, and growth priorities.
  • Own relationships with growth-relevant vendors and platforms, holding partners accountable to performance and ensuring tools are being fully leveraged.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a closely related analytical role within a DTC or e-commerce environment, with a proven track record of owning quantitative work independently
  • Deep command of performance analysis, with the ability to independently synthesize complex data sets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience leading CRO programs, including experiment design, measurement, and iteration
  • Hands-on experience with paid media channels and the ability to provide analytical direction to agency partners
  • Experience developing performance-informed creative strategy, including briefs, creative feedback, and messaging direction tied to conversion data
  • Deep proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, attribution platforms, or similar); thrives in data-heavy environments and can move quickly from raw data to insight
  • Proven ability to connect channel-level performance to broader business outcomes and influence decisions at the leadership level
  • Exceptional communicator who can align stakeholders across functions, present data-backed recommendations with confidence, and drive decisions forward
  • Highly autonomous operator who does not need to be managed closely, thrives in a fast-paced lean environment, and sets the bar for their own work
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related quantitative field preferred

Preferred

  • Experience in fashion, retail, or DTC startups.
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus, GA4, or paid media reporting platforms.
  • Exposure to creative production workflows or performance creative tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience working directly with paid social agencies or managing vendor relationships tied to growth performance.
  • Hands-on experience managing ad platforms directly (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a plus.
