Own global SEM programs and drive customer acquisition through advanced bidding, AI-assisted optimization, and large-scale experimentation.

Lead global SEM programs and large-scale experimentation to lift qualified traffic and conversions.
Leverage AI and automation to improve bidding, measurement, and operational efficiency.
Partner with Product, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Creative teams to align strategy and execution.

Job Description

This is a high-impact, full-time role where you'll lead global Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives, driving customer acquisition and business growth through advanced bidding strategies, large-scale experimentation, and performance optimization.
Ownership of large-scale global SEM programs
Opportunity to leverage AI and automation to drive marketing innovation and operational efficiency

deep expertise in paid search, including tCPA, tROAS, Value-Based Bidding, conversion optimization, and measurement frameworks
the ability to partner cross-functionally across Product, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Creative teams
