Job Summary
Own PPC strategy and execution to maximize ROI across search channels, turning performance data into growth opportunities and collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize bidding, keywords, and ad copy.

- Channel & Creative: Craft compelling ad copy and align creative with search intent across Google/Bing.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with analytics, SEO, and product teams to feed insights into strategy.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Overseeing and executing the creation, management, and optimization of PPC advertising campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements and ROI.
- Growth Opportunities: Identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Keyword & Copy: Conducting keyword research and crafting compelling ad copy.
- ROI Alignment: Ensuring the ROI meets organizational goals through optimization and bid management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, analytics, and product teams to align strategies.
- Ongoing Optimization: Setting campaign strategies, monitoring results, and iterating for better performance.
Requirements
- Expertise in PPC campaign management, Google Ads, and Bing Ads
- Proficiency in campaign performance analysis, metrics tracking, and ROI optimization
- Experience with A/B testing, keyword research, and ad copy development
- Strong budgeting and bid management for paid search campaigns
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including SEO and analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
- Certifications in Google Ads or similar platforms are a plus
