Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance marketing for 3–5 client portfolios—setting KPIs, allocating budgets, and optimizing CAC/LTV ratios monthly.
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across Meta, TikTok
• Partner with creative teams to A/B test ad variations, landing pages, and CTAs—using heatmaps and session recordings to drive conversion lift.
• Lead weekly performance reviews with clients—translating data into actionable insights, forecasting growth, and adjusting strategies in real time.
• Develop playbooks and standard operating procedures to systematize campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across the team.
