Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), and SEO performance across multiple locations
Drive daily campaign improvements, budget allocation, and performance optimization
Develop and execute channel strategies to improve lead generation and cost efficiency
Oversee offshore contractors and agency partners (SEO & PPC support)
Analyze performance data using CRM and marketing platforms to identify opportunities and gaps
Partner with leadership to align marketing performance with business goals
Ensure tracking, reporting, and attribution accuracy across all channels

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on PPC / paid search experience (Google Ads required)
Strong experience with LSA and/or local service-based marketing
Background in multi-location, franchise, or home services marketing preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive measurable lead growth
Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM reporting tools)
Experience working with contractors or remote teams is a plus
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
