Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own all paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns
- Work with growth team on new creative concepts, angles, and hooks for ad content
- Manage ongoing production of new ads (short-form video, static, etc.)
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns to hit CAC/ROAS targets, while being mindful of compliance obligations
- Build and maintain testing frameworks across creative, audiences, and bidding
- Analyze performance data and report insights + next steps weekly
- Maintain a steady pipeline of creative experiments and rapid iterations
Requirements
- 5+ years running performance marketing for consumer apps
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, ASA, and Google App Campaigns
- Proven track record of moving acquisition metrics, not just managing spend
- Strong creative instincts with an eye for high-performing ad concepts
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with constant experimentation
- Ability to use data and attribution tools to guide decisions
Preferred
- Experience in fintech, creator economy, or mobile-first consumer apps
- Familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer) and analytics platforms
- Ability to script or storyboard ads directly
