Responsibilities

• Build the DFY ads service system — intake, onboarding, ad creation, optimization, reporting — as a scalable, repeatable operation
• Manage Meta ad campaigns for multiple coaching clients simultaneously - Create content using AI tools: ad copy, creative briefs, landing page copy, hooks
• Use AI agents (Claude Code, etc.) to automate reporting, research, and workflow - Hire and manage a part-time assistant within your budget
• Contribute to CoachIQ's own organic content strategy (social, email, YouTube)
• Surface what's working and help productize it

Requirements

• Proven Meta Ads experience — you know what makes a campaign work and you've managed real budgets
• AI-native marketer — you've built prompting workflows, used AI for content at scale, or automated marketing tasks with AI tools
• Curious and self-directed — AI is changing fast; we want someone who stays ahead of it out of genuine interest, not obligation
• Systems thinker — you see a repeatable process where others see a pile of tasks
• Content intuition — you can write a punchy hook, brief a creative, or spot why an ad isn't converting

Preferred

• Bonus: experience marketing to small business owners, creators, or service professionals
• Bonus: experience in marketing in a Vertical SaaS platform
