Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive **performance marketing strategies** across multiple digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic advertising
  • Manage and optimize **large-scale paid media budgets** to maximize ROI and customer acquisition
  • Lead campaign planning, implementation, testing, and performance optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Oversee **conversion rate optimization (CRO)** initiatives across landing pages and marketing funnels
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to improve customer acquisition strategies and user journey performance
  • Monitor key marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Implement advanced tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting frameworks
  • Manage relationships with marketing platforms, technology vendors, and external agencies
  • Prepare performance reports and present strategic insights to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major platforms
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and campaign optimization techniques
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
  • Must possess valid U.S. work authorization (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit)

Preferred

  • Experience scaling high-growth digital marketing programs
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, marketing automation, and funnel optimization
  • Experience working in remote or distributed marketing teams
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and predictive analytics
