  • Standout: Experience managing tight budgets and on-set production support.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production for paid social and performance creative shoots, from initial brief through final delivery
  • Scout, book, and prep models and talent quickly and efficiently — you're comfortable pulling together a full cast in a matter of days
  • Build and manage shoot-day budgets, timelines, and call sheets with a scrappy, resourceful mindset
  • Source locations, props, and crew while staying on budget without compromising on quality
  • Ensure all talent is fully prepped and briefed ahead of shoot day; provide hands-on support on set as needed
  • Partner closely with the growth and creative teams to ensure every piece of content is built with performance in mind
  • Manage and maintain agency and vendor relationships, with a strong sense of what fair rates and fee structures look like
  • Bring a proactive, solutions-first attitude to every production challenge — tight timelines, limited budgets, last-minute pivots

Requirements

  • Clear, demonstrable production experience. You've run shoots end-to-end, not just supported them
  • Background in in-house growth or performance marketing, or hands-on experience at a growth or DTC-focused agency
  • Deep understanding of what makes creative work in a performance context. You think in hooks, formats, and conversion, not just aesthetics
  • Startup mindset — you move fast, stay scrappy, and figure things out without needing hand-holding
  • Proven ability to work within tight budgets and compressed timelines without losing quality

Preferred

  • Formal producer title in a previous role
  • Experience working with or at recognized DTC brands
  • Agency-side experience on performance marketing and creative output
  • Existing relationships with casting platforms or model agencies
  • A strong, active network of vendors, talent, and casting contacts
