Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own channel-level execution and strategy, collaborating closely with a growth manager and director to deliver exceptional growth results for a portfolio of exciting clients in their growth phase
  • Execute and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, CTV, YouTube, and a variety of others
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and constant experimentation to drive performance improvements
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, etc.) and implement optimizations to achieve client goals
  • Collaborate and communicate directly with the client’s team- taking performance reports, implementing insights to communicate the “why” things are happening, and what are our next steps on the back of them
  • Draw insights from creative testing, and collaborate with creative teams to inform and guide exceptional campaign assets and creative strategy.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and strategies in paid media and digital marketing.
  • Manage budgets and time effectively, ensuring spend aligns with campaign goals and timelines.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, like Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • A passion or natural curiosity for digital marketing, and an inner drive to take channel knowledge to learn and improve into a generalist marketer
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Practical measurement knowledge: pixel/CAPI basics, UTMs, conversion events, GA4 fundamentals, and an understanding of “what can go wrong"
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills in English - both written and verbal - to be able to explain performance changes and next steps in plain language to clients

Preferred

  • Experience working in Google + Meta Ads
  • Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of statistics
  • Experience working in App Marketing
  • Experience operating and working with annual budgets of $5M+
