  • Analyze data, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements based on performance

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As our Pay-Per-Click Strategist, you'll help drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns for businesses across the country.
  • You'll work alongside our talented PPC Manager and account management team to make sure our campaigns aren't just generating clicks. They're generating real results.
  • We're looking for someone who can think strategically, dig into the numbers, identify opportunities, and confidently recommend improvements.
  • Google Ads Strategy & Optimization: Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads, OpenAI and Display campaigns that drive qualified leads, conversions, and measurable business growth.
  • Data, Data & More Data: Dive into Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and campaign reporting to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and turn numbers into actionable insights.
  • Campaign Performance: Monitor key metrics like cost-per-click, cost-per-lead, conversions, and return on ad spend to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Evaluate landing pages, websites, and user experiences to recommend improvements that turn more visitors into customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our PPC manager, account managers, designers, and development team to execute strategies that make an impact.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Identify underperforming campaigns, troubleshoot issues, test new approaches, and find opportunities to deliver MORE.
  • Process Improvements: Help refine our paid advertising strategies, internal processes, reporting, and overall campaign efficiency.

Requirements

  • Google Ads Experience: You have at least 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience and understand campaign setup, optimization, keyword strategy, and performance tracking. Don't know it all, that's okay- we can teach you! (Google Ads isn't totally a foreign language to you.)
  • Analytical Mindset: You love numbers, spreadsheets, trends, and figuring out the story behind the data. (You probably have a favorite spreadsheet.)
  • Google Analytics Knowledge: You're comfortable navigating GA4 and using performance data to make informed recommendations. (Data is kind of your love language.)
  • Strategic Thinker: You don't just identify a problem. You come prepared with ideas for solving it. (Solutions, not excuses!)
  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things because you know small adjustments can make a BIG difference. (The details matter, and you know it.)
  • Organized & Accountable: You can juggle multiple campaigns, prioritize effectively, and keep things moving without someone constantly checking in. (Micromanagement? Not our style.)
  • Strong Communicator: You can explain campaign performance, recommendations, and technical concepts in a way that actually makes sense. (You could explain PPC to a toddler.)
  • Relentlessly Curious: You're excited about new technology, AI, automation, and everything happening in digital advertising. (Because this industry doesn't sit still, and neither do we.)
  • Team Player: You bring positive energy, collaborate well, and genuinely care about the success of your teammates and clients.

Preferred

  • Google Ads certifications.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts within a marketing agency.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and GA4.
  • Experience with Performance Max, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered advertising tools and automation.

Benefits

  • Health Benefits: Partially employer-paid medical insurance, plus dental and vision insurance.
  • Flexible Paid Time Off: PTO, sick days, and a floating holiday, because life happens outside of work!
  • Paid Parental Leave: Supporting you and your growing family.
  • Company Computer: One less thing to worry about!
  • Flexible Start Times: Not everyone operates on the exact same schedule, and we get that. Start anytime between 7 am and 9 am EST.
  • Work-Life Balance: When the workday ends, we want you to unplug, recharge, and enjoy your life.
  • Regular Manager Check-Ins: We invest in your success through feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • A Team You'll Actually Enjoy Working With: Supportive coworkers, collaboration, celebrations, and a culture that doesn't take itself too seriously.
