And we’re looking for a high-energy Director of Partnerships who lives for the "win-win." This isn’t a desk job. This is a "get out and make it happen" leadership role. You’ll be the face of 101Media, bridging the gap between our creative services and digital platforms, and the brands that need them. You’ll lead a team of specialists to hit big goals while personally landing high-impact partnerships that shape the future of our markets.

1. Be the Ultimate Brand Ambassador

• Represent 101Media at the coolest events, media invites, and community gatherings across Texas.
• Turn "handshakes" into "partnerships." You’re not just networking; you’re building an ecosystem.

2. Lead & Level-Up the Team

• Act as a mentor and strategist for our Sales Specialists. You aren't just "managing" them—you’re coaching them to close bigger deals and think more creatively.
• Keep the engine humming using our EOS framework (don't worry, we’ll show you the ropes) to ensure we’re hitting our growth milestones.

3. Architect the "Big Deals"

• You’ll maintain a personal portfolio of high-level partners, crafting bespoke proposals that include everything from event sponsorships to digital takeovers.
• Help the team "package" our services in new, innovative ways. Can we turn a content shoot into a multi-city tour? You’re the one to figure it out.

4. Bridge the Gap

• Work closely with our Marketing and Community teams to ensure that what we sell is what we deliver, seamlessly.
