Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Samsung's services (gaming, media, art) for both Visual Display and Mobile.
Craft and convey the stories of these services through strategic partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective storytelling.
Lead the planning, program architecture, execution, approvals, and monitoring of partnership marketing programs.
Ensure visibility, alignment, and approval from partners, providing an excellent service experience.
Act as a primary point of contact for partners, maintaining strong relationships and open communication.
Lead partner onboarding, education, and expectation management.
Drive new business initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Work with Samsung's SPG (Strategic Partnerships Group) teams and Product Marketing to create innovative partnership proposals and campaign ideas.
Develop materials and proposals to engage partners, collaboratively tell our stories and drive key Marketing and business KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship, or business development.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to lead initiatives across teams.
Ability to think creatively – both in developing partnership program ideas and in problem-solving with partners in internal stakeholders.
High level of confidence, integrity, and enthusiasm that fits a fast-paced, energetic, and proactive organization.
Ability to work independently and actively in a team environment to achieve business objectives, personal and team goals, and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience in consumer electronics, gaming or home entertainment industries.
Familiarity with data analysis and subscription funnel management is a plus.
Passion for gaming and understanding of cloud gaming are plus points.
