Own the end-to-end content and partner marketing lifecycle, from monthly content cadence (Always-On, Thought Leadership, and Human Interest) to partner announcements, conference activation, collateral production, lead pipeline reporting, and opportunity surfacing. Drive the orchestration of campaigns, events, and AI-assisted workflows, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.

  • Focus areas: content cadence, event activation, partner marketing operations, and pipeline reporting
  • Key workstreams include publishing cadence, conference lifecycle, and cross-channel collateral

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Production & Publishing Cadence: Run the recurring monthly content calendar across the three narrative motions — Always-On (daily engagement, partner announcements, Grand Opening and Capstone highlights, conference moments, market highlights), Thought Leadership (the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer's monthly curated post and supporting research from the Director of Experiential Learning & Impact and Director of Learning & Development), and Human Interest (CEO Signature Series, former Student CEO profiles) — plus case studies. Own Always-On writing, support leaders’ writing on other content, copy editing, scheduling, publishing, and engagement in the first hour after each post goes live.
  • Partner Announcements & Grand Openings: Own the announcement process end to end — collect inputs per the SOP, draft to template in the correct voice, and publish the full set: company post, individual leader posts for the CEO and Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, and the partner-facing asset.
  • Conference & Event Activation: Own the full conference lifecycle — registration, travel, booth shipping, session proposals, speaker coordination, and target-attendee lists with pipeline-prep documents in advance; real-time content capture and booth hosting on site; and personalized follow-ups within 48–72 hours, HubSpot logging, debrief documentation, and budget reconciliation after. Build and maintain the annual conference calendar and project plan.
  • Campaign & Collateral Production: Produce partner-facing collateral — one-pagers, website copy, pitch-deck support, and onboarding materials — in partnership with Brand & Design. Draft and coordinate campaign content for Grand Openings, the annual Impact Report, and channel partners including Follett and Dining Service Providers.
  • Lead Pipeline Management & Reporting: Activate campaign workflows, document processes and handoffs, and build reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline movement from Awareness to Interest. Lead weekly Partnerships meeting reporting on metrics and progress. Establish and track a LinkedIn performance baseline across impressions, follower growth, and engagement by content type.
  • Partner Opportunity Surfacing: Monitor the experiential learning, campus retail, and higher-ed innovation landscape for signals — new initiatives, leadership changes, strategic plans, funding announcements — that indicate alignment with the Saxbys model within our Serviceable Obtainable Market. Turn surfaced opportunities into ready-to-send, peer-to-peer outreach for the Partnership team to send, and maintain a lightweight tracker of schools, news hooks, routing, and status. This is a listening and pattern-matching function, not a lead-generation quota.
  • AI-Supported Workflow Design: Use Claude-supported workflows for research and first drafts, and help design and publish the in-development Claude Skill that powers partner marketing research and drafting.

Requirements

  • What You Have Done: 2–4 years in a marketing execution role — content marketing, social media management, marketing coordination, event marketing, or similar. B2B or higher-ed experience is a plus but not required.
  • Written in multiple voices across company, executive, and partner-facing audiences.
  • Owned a recurring calendar and a checklist-driven process, measured on consistent shipping rather than one-off campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn as a B2B and professional channel.
  • Worked in HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing platform, or can learn one quickly.
  • Juggled a content calendar, an event calendar, and multiple open campaigns without dropping deadlines.
  • Used AI tools such as Claude as part of a daily workflow for research and first drafts.
  • What is Required: Travel Requirement up to 20% (conferences and Grand Openings)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physical requirements: Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
