Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partnership program promotion: Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with government agencies, conservation groups, universities, and ranching associations; design and launch campaigns highlighting funding opportunities, research partnerships, conservation, and rangeland programs with clear materials
  • Email, nurture & digital campaigns: Plan and execute targeted email campaigns and nurture sequences for ranchers and program administrators; use CRM tools to segment audiences, deliver relevant content, and track conversion
  • Webinars & events: Host and support rancher education webinars, field days, and virtual events in partnership with agencies and associations; manage content and logistics to highlight Halter’s value and partner collaboration
  • Advertising & awareness: Run co-branded advertising campaigns that drive awareness and credibility among ranchers, agency stakeholders, and the broader agricultural community
  • Content & storytelling: Develop partner case studies, co-authored blogs, and joint success stories; translate policy programs and conservation initiatives into clear narratives
  • Channel partnership-focused: Actively search for new strategic, collaborative relationships and partners aligned with Halter’s goals
  • Co-marketing enablement: Create toolkits, decks, and joint messaging guidelines to help partners share Halter’s story effectively
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales, product marketing, and government affairs to align messaging and ensure partners have needed materials

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in partner marketing, government marketing, or public-sector communications
  • Marketing acumen within agtech, sustainability, or rural industries
  • Ability to bridge tech, policy, and human stories
  • Relationship-driven with experience managing partnerships across agencies, associations, and private sector allies
  • Strategic & analytical with data-driven decision making
  • Proactive & independent in fast-paced environments
  • Mission-minded with interest in agriculture, sustainability, ranching, animals, conservation, and rural communities
  • Experience using CRM tools to segment audiences and track conversions (HubSpot or Salesforce)

Preferred

  • Previous experience with ranching industry organizations, university programs, conservation groups, government agencies
  • Familiarity with government funding programs or conservation initiatives
  • Background in agriculture, grazing management, or public-land operations
  • Strong copywriting and campaign management skills
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
