Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Create and schedule posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
• Photograph and film stone slabs, showroom displays, completed projects, and behind-the-scenes work.
• Design graphics, flyers, and advertisements using Canva or similar tools.
• Write engaging captions that reflect our brand and showcase our products.
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with our sales team on promotions and featured projects.
• Monitor messages and comments and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Track engagement and suggest ways to increase visibility and generate leads.
• Assist with other marketing efforts, including email campaigns and website updates.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• Comfortable creating short videos, reels, and photo content.
• Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a plus.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow through.
• An eye for design and attention to detail.
• Experience in home improvement, construction, or interior design is a plus.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Graphic design: 3 years (Preferred)
