Part-Time Marketing and Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Communicate with referral sources, community organizations, and other professional contacts by phone, email, and in person
• Assist with developing and distributing marketing materials, email communications, and other outreach content
• Help research and identify potential outreach and partnership opportunities
• Keep marketing projects, contacts, and follow-ups organized
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support research, content development, organization, and day-to-day marketing tasks
• Assist with occasional community events and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team on new ideas and ongoing projects

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
• Able to manage tasks and follow through consistently
• Comfortable with technology and proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT
• A collaborative working style and openness to feedback and guidance
• Strong written communication skills
• Prior experience in marketing, outreach, healthcare, behavioral health, or a related area is helpful, but not required
