Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of lead generation systems
  • Manage CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to ensure efficient lead flow and follow-up
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
  • Assist in expanding campaigns into new markets
  • Ensure no leads or opportunities fall through the cracks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
  • Experience in real estate, lead generation, or marketing agencies (required)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take ownership and execute without constant supervision

Preferred

  • Experience working with real estate investors or listing agents is A+
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation funnels
