Job Description

Responsibilities

support Silicon Valley campus events—from academic competitions to workshops and community outreach, while gaining hands-on experience in logistics, registration, guest services, and on-site operations
assist with pre-event planning
vendor/venue coordination
room setup
crowd flow
post-event wrap-ups (feedback, reports, content recaps)
contribute to marketing campaigns that grow attendance and elevate the participant experience
exam proctor: setting up the classroom, checking students in

Requirements

No prior event experience required; training, playbooks, and mentorship provided
