Develop and execute full-funnel strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Align paid social strategy to client business goals including revenue growth, efficiency, and customer acquisition.
Manage and optimize $1M+ in monthly media spend with a focus on scalability and profitability.
Identify and lead growth opportunities across platforms and audiences.
Lead campaign setup, structure, audience strategy, creative implementation, and budget allocation across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
Ensure campaigns are executed with precision and aligned with strategic direction and KPIs.
Implement advanced platform solutions (e.g., Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart Performance Campaigns).
Maintain strong quality control and operational excellence across all campaigns.
Own ongoing optimization strategy including audience targeting, creative iteration, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.

8–10+ years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or digital media (agency experience strongly preferred).
Proven track record managing large-scale budgets ($1M+ per month) and driving consistent performance outcomes.
