Responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy and performance for Tier 1 accounts, particularly within CPG/beauty verticals.
• Develop and execute full-funnel strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Align paid social strategy to client business goals including revenue growth, efficiency, and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize $1M+ in monthly media spend with a focus on scalability and profitability.
• Identify and lead growth opportunities across platforms and audiences.
• Lead campaign setup, structure, audience strategy, creative implementation, and budget allocation across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Ensure campaigns are executed with precision and aligned with strategic direction and KPIs.
• Implement advanced platform solutions (e.g., Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart Performance Campaigns).
• Maintain strong quality control and operational excellence across all campaigns.
• Own ongoing optimization strategy including audience targeting, creative iteration, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or digital media (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record managing large-scale budgets ($1M+ per month) and driving consistent performance outcomes.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (required).
• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks, including Conversion APIs.

Preferred

• 8–10+ years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or digital media (agency experience strongly preferred).

• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (required).
• Experience with Pinterest Ads is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of CPG and/or beauty, including creative strategy and consumer behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to own strategy and lead client conversations for high-priority accounts.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business impact.
• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks, including Conversion APIs.
