Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Paid Campaigns: Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid marketing campaigns (Paid social, influencers, display/native, CTV, audio, affiliate) in-house that keep the business growing efficiently.
Creative Ownership: Work closely with the Design team and creative agencies to ensure simple, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels. Be comfortable diving in with your own ideas and using AI to formulate creative assets if needed.
Landing Page Strategy: Have an understanding of how audiences and creative tie into landing pages to increase conversion rates and improve CAC.
Funnel Strategy: Work with the Engineering and Product team to implement any funnel improvements necessary to improve conversion rates.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and report on KPI’s (e.g. CAC, LTV) to stakeholders, showing consistently efficient results.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Data and Design teams to create ad campaigns that maximize efficiency and message consistently across channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing driving user acquisition.
Proven expertise in managing paid social, influencers, affiliate, and display/CTV marketing campaigns.
A strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, and using data to inform strategy.
A self-starter attitude. This is a one-person paid media team for now, so you must be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning a function.
Experience in scaling a startup or working at a financial services (credit card), insurance, or fintech company.
Understands the limitations of financial services marketing across core platforms.

Preferred

Knowledge of attribution modeling
Familiarity with TransUnion and Experian audience targeting and marketing capabilities
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., Fair Lending, Reg Z) in financial marketing.
A love for pets!
