Job Summary

Own the development and guidance of media-buying talent to optimize TV direct response and omnichannel streaming, while ensuring budgets and targets align with weekly performance and larger national media initiatives.

  • Media buying capability: Train and develop buyers for TV DRTV and omnichannel streaming to improve lead quality and conversions.
  • Omnichannel optimization: Enhance strategy to lift CPLI/COM across markets and channels.
  • Cross-functional planning: Align planning, budgeting, and analytics with the Director of Media for national and streaming initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage the training and development of Media Buyers who will be primarily focused on television direct response and omnichannel streaming advertising.
  • Develop improvements to the optimization strategy using an omnichannel approach that drives improvement to CPLI and COM.
  • Ensure that the Media Buyers deploy the appropriate budgets in their assigned markets so that the company can meet its weekly marketing performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Media to develop strategies for national media buying, streaming, and other larger-scale media initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing, Planning and Analytics team for budget and target planning to ensure budgets are accurately aligned to meet marketing department goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
  • Experience buying or selling linear TV media advertising– 2+ years required.
  • Experience using omnichannel streaming campaigns to drive lead conversion.
