Job Description

- Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads, end to end - Target CPA, lead volume, and lead-quality goals — the number is yours - Keyword research, audience targeting, bid/budget optimization - Ad copy, creative testing, and landing page recommendations - Conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, call tracking) - Clear reporting tied to business outcomes, not vanity metrics
