Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager to execute and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across digital channels. Reporting to the Division Marketing Director and functionally to the Performance Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns in your division, translating strategy into results through rigorous testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid search (Google, Bing), paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest), and display channels
  • Manage and pace campaign budgets on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring efficient spend allocation to hit performance targets
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends and making real-time adjustments to bids, budgets, audiences, and creative
  • Conduct ongoing A/B tests across ad copy, creative formats, audiences, and landing pages, reporting findings to the Director
  • Pull and analyze performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief, review, and iterate on ad creative based on performance data
  • Manage audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and customer match lists across platforms
  • Stay current on platform updates, betas, and new ad products, bringing recommendations to leadership
  • Support attribution and pixel/tag management in partnership with the analytics team

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on paid media experience, either in-house or at a digital marketing agency
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or programmatic)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards
  • Experience managing budgets of $500K–$2M+ annually
  • Solid understanding of core performance metrics — CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPM — and how to optimize toward them
  • Familiarity with pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and basic attribution concepts
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
