  • Surface optimization opportunities with Paid Media and Search using performance trends and cohort behavior.
  • Build dashboards and forecasting models to translate spend, CPL/CAC, and retention into actionable guidance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate and analyze performance data across Google, Microsoft, Meta, YouTube, CTV, radio, call tracking platforms and landing pages.
  • Monitor full-funnel metrics from click → call → qualified → retained case to identify efficiency gaps and revenue leakage.
  • Validate and maintain attribution accuracy across CRM, marTech systems and tracking infrastructure.
  • Identify discrepancies in lead counts, duplicate entries, routing errors, and reporting inconsistencies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking spend, CPL, CAC, cost-per-case, retention rates, and forecasting models.
  • Partner with Paid Media and Search teams to surface optimization opportunities based on performance trends and cohort behavior.
  • Conduct performance deep dives and competitive analysis to inform budget allocation and bidding adjustments.
  • Support forecasting models with historical data, conversion velocity, and intake performance benchmarks.
  • Document tracking architecture, reporting logic, and data workflows to ensure operational transparency and continuity.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, paid media analysis, or performance reporting in a lead generation environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Excel, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms).
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and call tracking platforms.
  • Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and cross-channel performance measurement.
  • Ability to reconcile data discrepancies and diagnose tracking or routing errors.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
