Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager
• Own budget allocation, audience targeting, and campaign setup aligned to client strategy
• Monitor performance daily and make real-time optimizations to hit KPI targets
• Build and execute monthly campaign plans based on each client's goals, budget, and performance data
• Contribute to paid media strategy for brand growth across retailers, DTC and TikTok Shop from an awareness and conversion perspective
• Collaborate with the creative team to identify performance trends and inform future content direction
• Own client communication including biweekly calls and day-to-day touchpoints
• Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting on a recurring cadence
