Responsibilities

• As a senior or lead marketing process analyst on the Progressive.com Acquisition Experience team, you’ll serve as a strategic insight partner for our search engine optimization (SEO) program.
\n
• You’ll identify optimization opportunities and monitor emerging trends in the digital landscape.
\n
• You’ll lead the ongoing assessment of AI driven demand (e.g., Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)), adoption, visibility, and downstream site engagement.
\n
• The focus will be on understanding the impact on our non Emarketing ecosystem.
\n
• In close collaboration with analysts, data engineers, and customer experience strategists, you’ll turn complex, distributed data into actionable insights and influence how measurement strategies evolve as customer behavior and technology shift.
\n
• Remote work allowed, with occasional travel to the Cleveland headquarters for training and meetings.
\n

Requirements

\n
• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
\n
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
\n
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience
\n

Preferred

\n
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, SAS, or R).
\n
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
\n
• Ability to translate analytical findings to business performance and strategic decisions.
\n
• Proficiency with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital analytics tools.
\n
