Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Track projects and deadlines across the firm
• Ensure attorneys and staff stay on schedule
• Build and improve internal processes
• Manage vendors and service providers
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Assist with budgeting and operational reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years in law firm operations, management, or administration
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and MyCase
• Comfort learning new software quickly
