Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rapid City, SD, for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, optimize workflows, and ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Responsibilities include managing teams, monitoring production schedules, analyzing processes to improve efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and maintaining smooth and effective operations within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Mechanical troubleshooting and manufacturing expertise
• Print industry experience with knowledge of high-speed inserting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
• Familiarity with operational tools, reporting methodologies, and problem-solving techniques
• Print quality management
• Previous experience in operations or production management is a plus
• Ability to work on-site at Rapid City, SD, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement
