HexaHive is hiring an Operations Coordinator.

This is the opportunity to join one of Bismarck's Top-10 Employers as a part-time contractor in a role we've deliberately designed to be focused, remote, and well-defined — not everything-to-everyone. About 10-15 hours per week, with room to grow as the engagement proves its footing. You’d own day-to-day operational workflow, keeping documents up-to-date, coordinating tool renewals, expenses, and more.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of executive assistant, administrative assistant, operations coordinator, or chief-of-staff support experience
• Someone who is process-owning, detail-obsessed, and naturally self-managing
• Comfortable with ClickUp, Google Workspace, Rippling, and other tools (or willing to pick them up quickly)
• Fluent in discretion — you treat sensitive information like it's yours to protect

Engagement details:

• Part-time contractor, 1099, approximately 10-15 hours per week
• Remote (Central or Mountain time zone)
• Hourly rate based on experience
