Responsibilities

• Networking & Marketing: Attend weekly BNI networking meetings as our official company representative. Build referral relationships with local realtors, property managers, and business owners. Manage post-service review outreach to generate 5-star Google reviews. Steer our local marketing campaigns - social media and grassroots.
• Office & Dispatching: Answer customer inquiries, book service appointments, coordinate technician schedules, and manage job invoicing/CRM entries.
• Field Support: Assist lead technician with administrative needs, local parts pickups/run-and-drops when necessary, and job file staging.

Requirements

• Professional, warm, and confident interpersonal communication skills (at ease speaking with other business owners).
• Strong organizational skills and tech comfort (Google Workspace, CRM software, social media).
• Software learning skills - ServiceTitan software will be used heavily to guide our operations and marketing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local networking meetings and occasional parts pickups.
• Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or local sales is a plus.

Preferred

• experience in HVAC industry or other trades
