Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
Liaise with designers, copywriters, and vendors to execute marketing projects
Manage marketing database and ensure contact lists are clean and up to date
Support event coordination, webinars, and promotional activities

Requirements

High school diploma required; bachelor degree in marketing or related field preferred
Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Must pass a pre-employment background check
No prior marketing coordination experience required — training provided
Must be authorized to work in the United States
