On-Site Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handles company reputation management platform daily for social media by replying to online reviews and forwarding notification to appropriate staff members.
• Assists Marketing Manager with scheduling content for social media channels including Facebook, Google, and Instagram using online reputation management software.
• Assists Marketing Manager with printing and laminating of materials including flyers, price tags, and store signage.
• Performs routine and as-needed updates to company website using WordPress.
• Manage event supplies inventory and distribution for company sponsorships across 35 stores.
• Fulfill internal orders and distribution of supplies for other store locations including equipment decals, business cards, John Deere literature and sales folders.
• Handle customer inquiries received through our website and social media by forwarding or responding to messages on a daily basis.
• Create and utilize QR codes in marketing materials including price tags.

Requirements

• Good understanding of present day online marketing channels and usage.
• Must be a self-starter with outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Is highly productive on a daily basis and is able to manage a daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
• A fast learner that is great at time management and eager to acquire new skills.
