Multimedia Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media, paid advertising, product launches, educational courses, and marketing campaigns.
• Operate professional Sony and Blackmagic cameras for studio and on-location production.
• Set up and manage lighting, audio, camera settings, and composition.
• Edit short-form and long-form content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Perform color correction, color grading, audio adjustments, and basic post-production enhancements.
• Create basic motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Export and optimize videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Capture professional product, lifestyle, campaign, and behind-the-scenes photography.
• Photograph hair extensions, models, stylists, educators, and products.
• Set up studio lighting, backdrops, and product photography environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in multimedia production, videography, content creation, or digital design.
• Demonstrated experience shooting with professional Sony and Blackmagic cameras.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Lightroom.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including text animation, transitions, and simple motion graphics.
• Solid understanding of lighting, composition, camera operation, and audio recording.
• Experience editing both short-form social content and longer marketing videos.
• Ability to shoot and edit professional photography.
• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, typography, color, and layout.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Preferred

• Experience working with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
• Experience producing creative assets for Meta and other paid advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve and Blackmagic color workflows.
• Experience with studio lighting, product photography, and model-directed shoots.
• Understanding of social-first video editing and vertical video formats.
• Experience creating educational or instructional videos.
• Ability to develop creative concepts from initial idea through final execution.
