Responsibilities

Creates original content (video, photography, social media, website) to promote city services.
Liaison to various city departments, supports special events, collaborates with Communications team.
Promote programs by responding to media, writing releases, updates, and public service announcements.

Requirements

Kno wledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
1 year experience in communications or related field

Preferred

Advanced media monitoring with campaign impressions across platforms and analytics for evaluating strategies.
Advanced digital content management for tailoring content on websites and social channels.
Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
