Job Summary
Own on-site volunteer management and event execution for multicultural outreach, with a focus on Latino Nights, church outreach, and partner days at processing centers.
- Volunteer & Events: Manage check-in and support for Latino Nights and on-site event operations.
- Outreach & Data: Coordinate church outreach, data maintenance, and Latino Days management to grow partnerships.
- Promotions & Field Ops: Support promotional events and maintain clear cross-team communication from local to national levels.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
- Support the Multicultural Partnerships team to grow the number of shoeboxes producing national partnerships
- Assist the Multicultural Partnerships team in contacting churches, data maintenance, and management for Latino Days at processing centers
- Manage volunteer registration process for Latino Nights
- Attend Latino Night events with team to assist in Volunteer Check in process
- Support in the coordination and implementation of promotional events, and attending events as assigned
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with field staff and local volunteers when engaging in promotional activity on the local, regional, and national level
- All other duties as assigned
