Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate global product success by defining high-level strategies that drive revenue growth and market leadership for the monitoring portfolio across multiple industries including construction, infrastructure, and mining.
  • Spearhead the product lifecycle from initial concept and market requirement documentation to global release and ongoing support.
  • Act as a premier subject matter expert, influencing cross-functional engineering and sales teams to align development priorities with customer needs.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and conduct hands-on global field research to identify market gaps and open new business segments.
  • Champion the Trimble Monitoring portfolio at international industry events and trade shows, driving brand advocacy across the globe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering with 3+ years of industry experience.
  • Proven track record in product marketing management with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical details for both technical and non-technical global audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to thrive and pivot in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership and personal responsibility for product success, customer satisfaction, and go-to-market execution.
  • On-site Westminster, CO | Munich, Germany; Remote: USA (Colorado), Canada, Germany, United Kingdom
  • Travel Requirement: Approximately 20-30% international travel.

Preferred

  • Deep domain expertise in surveying, monitoring, construction, or mining operations.
  • Proficiency in additional languages to support our diverse global network.
  • Experience utilizing collaborative tools such as JIRA, DOMO, Miro, and Google Suite.
