Job Summary

Drive growth for an early-stage consumer app by owning acquisition strategy and rapid experimentation across paid and organic channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and execute Communicat’s user acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels
Test and optimize acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, influencer collaborations, affiliate opportunities, and community-driven growth
Identify the best early growth levers for a consumer app in relationships, communication improvement, and emotional wellness
Improve landing page conversion, signup flows, onboarding, and activation funnels
Set up and track KPIs including CAC, CTR, CVR, retention signals, and channel-level performance
Run fast experiments on creatives, messaging, hooks, audience targeting, and channel mix
Help define Communicat’s brand positioning from a growth and conversion perspective
Work on referral, partnership, creator, and waitlist growth ideas
Turn insights into action and continuously improve performance based on real data

Requirements

Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing for consumer apps or startups
Strong understanding of paid social, conversion funnels, landing page optimization, and creative testing
Experience with early-stage growth, where resourcefulness and experimentation matter more than large budgets
Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics
Experience with mobile app growth is strongly preferred
Experience in relationship, wellness, consumer social, or emotionally-driven products is a plus
Clear communicator who can work directly with a founder in a fast-moving environment
