Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive membership growth through creative outreach, lead generation, and enrollment follow-up.
- Build community partnerships with schools, daycares, businesses, and local organizations.
- Bring our brand to life through Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories, and engaging content.
- Get in the gym! Teach a few classes each week and experience firsthand what makes The Little Gym special.
- Own your results! Take initiative, track progress, and find new ways to bring families through our doors.
Requirements
- Are a natural relationship-builder who loves meeting new people.
- Are proactive, organized, creative, and motivated by results.
- Have experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or business development.
- Love working with children and families.
- Are comfortable with social media and creating authentic content.
- Want to make a real impact in a growing local business.
