Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing a foundational understanding of how digital channels work together to deliver an integrated media plan including: programmatic display, video, CTV, audio, paid social, and paid search.
  • Supporting media proposal creation for assigned accounts through PowerPoint slides or Word deliverables, while shadowing Integrated Media Planners to learn the process for more complex accounts.
  • Building familiarity with media metrics and assisting in the development of performance measurement plans.
  • Managing internal workflows and timelines for assigned accounts, ensuring that tasks stay on track and materials are delivered on time.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day needs on assigned accounts, while partnering with Integrated Media Planners on more complex engagements.
  • Staying current on the digital media landscape and the latest Basis Tech capabilities to help identify opportunities and support account growth.
  • Gaining visibility into internal processes across planning, buying, reporting, and delivery--serving as a key connector between internal teams and client needs.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking and proactive client service skills
  • Proven communication skills, particularly in a client-facing manner
  • Strong issue resolution and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment
  • Passion for learning and staying up to date on media research and systems
  • Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where all voices are valued and supported.
  • Thoughtful approach to collaboration, design, and decision-making that prioritizes equity, access, and continuous learning.

Preferred

  • 6+ months of experience in digital media planning and/or buying, with programmatic, search and/or social experience being a plus
  • Hands on DSP buying experience
  • Previous holistic media planning experience
  • Experience in digital reporting dashboards such as Datorama
  • Experience buying Paid Search and/or Paid Social ads
  • Basis Certified
