Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing, branding campaigns, etc.) both independently, and in support of team managers
  • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to digital media and paid social best practices throughout the full campaign life-cycle
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
  • Assist in the development of client-facing materials, such as presentation decks and campaign performance reports
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
  • Traffic campaign tags through the ad trafficking platform Google CM360
  • Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance
  • Responsible for keeping up-to-date billing charts and working with billing department to ensure all bills are paid
  • Follow, analyze, and optimize against digital trends and the latest technological advancements in media landscape
  • Participate in writing agency POVs to evaluate media opportunities and increase knowledge sharing throughout the company
  • Utilize planning tools such as comScore, MRI and other resources to create high level media plan strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience of digital and social media buying in an agency setting
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with the following platforms is required:
  • Meta Business Manager
  • Google Campaign Manager 360
  • Experience in other RTB systems: Twitter, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, etc. is preferred
  • Experience with programmatic buying a plus
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
  • Experience working in an integrated capacity with Planning, Account and Creative teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of tools and resources such as comScore, MRI and Vivvix
  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel/Sheets

Preferred

  • Experience in other RTB systems: Twitter, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, etc. is preferred
  • Experience with programmatic buying a plus
  • Vivvix – knowledge and understanding of tools and resources such as comScore, MRI and Vivvix (from qualifications)
