Job Description

Responsibilities

Accountable for overall Paid Social strategy and integrated results across all relevant services.
Directs in-depth, quantitative analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
Collaborates with the internal team on holistic media planning and measurement.
Is responsible for delivering on-going, timely thought capital.
Demonstrates a “big picture” understanding of the client’s marketing strategy.
Possesses the ability to elevate complex ideas and influence a senior audience.
Actively develops relationships with key senior-level contacts.
Oversees all Paid Social related activities on specific account(s).
Supports Client Engagement with business assessments to manage client P&L.
Recognizes business development opportunities with existing clients, consults with Client Engagement, supports new media proposals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university.
10+ years of experience in Paid Media with a focus on Paid Social.
5+ years in a supervisory role and a track record of successful leadership and coaching.
Demonstrated success in client service with a passion for meeting client needs and building their business.

Preferred

Master's degree is a plus
