Collaborate with the creative team to brief and iterate ad content and translate results for clients.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Build and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns across multiple DTC clothing brand accounts
Responsibilities: Develop and execute testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and offers
Responsibilities: Analyze performance data daily and make fast, decisive optimizations
Responsibilities: Collaborate with our creative team to brief and iterate on ad content
Responsibilities: Report weekly on account health, key metrics, and growth opportunities
Responsibilities: Stay ahead of platform changes and bring new strategies to the table

Requirements: 2+ years running Meta and/or Google Ads with proven ROAS results
Requirements: Experience in DTC e-commerce — clothing or apparel is a strong plus
Requirements: Strong analytical instincts — you know how to read data and act on it quickly
Requirements: Self-directed and accountable — you don’t need hand-holding
Requirements: Clear communicator who can translate performance into plain language for clients

Nice_to_have: Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or UGC-driven creative strategy
