Job Summary

Own paid social and search for multiple DTC clothing brands by turning data into fast optimizations across Meta and Google, while guiding testing on creatives, audiences, and offers.

Own campaigns and testing frameworks across Meta and Google for multiple brands.
Drive rapid improvements from daily data and platform updates.
Collaborate with the creative team to brief and iterate ad content and translate results for clients.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Build and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns across multiple DTC clothing brand accounts
Responsibilities: Develop and execute testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and offers
Responsibilities: Analyze performance data daily and make fast, decisive optimizations
Responsibilities: Collaborate with our creative team to brief and iterate on ad content
Responsibilities: Report weekly on account health, key metrics, and growth opportunities
Responsibilities: Stay ahead of platform changes and bring new strategies to the table

Requirements: 2+ years running Meta and/or Google Ads with proven ROAS results
Requirements: Experience in DTC e-commerce — clothing or apparel is a strong plus
Requirements: Strong analytical instincts — you know how to read data and act on it quickly
Requirements: Self-directed and accountable — you don’t need hand-holding
Requirements: Clear communicator who can translate performance into plain language for clients

Nice_to_have: Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or UGC-driven creative strategy
