Responsibilities

• The Media Buyer generates qualified leads that convert into booked calls, at a cost the business can sustain and scale.
• Everything else: the campaigns, the creatives, the bid adjustments, the split tests is in service of that one outcome.
• A campaign goes live.
• A Media Buyer manages it.
• The job is done when leads are arriving at or below cost target, landing pages are converting at benchmark, and the path from click to booked call is working.
• The outcome of this function is a qualified pipeline. Not impressions. Not clicks. Not leads. A lead that shows up and books a call.
• You own your accounts: Every offer, campaign, or project assigned to you is your responsibility from launch through performance.
• Budget utilization, creative testing, bid strategy, and landing page alignment are yours to manage.
• Underperformance in your portfolio is not a circumstance. It is a problem you are expected to identify and address before it is flagged to you.
• You know your numbers: At any point in the week, you know your CPL, landing page conversion rate, and cost per booked call across your active accounts.
