Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and create responsive, visually appealing landing pages that align with client branding and campaign objectives, ensuring an optimal user experience across various devices.
- Develop and implement effective funnel strategies to maximize lead capture and conversion rates, utilizing A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- Set up, manage, and optimize automated marketing workflows, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other relevant tools.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on funnel performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results and meet or exceed KPIs.
- Maintain the functionality, relevance, and compliance of landing pages and automations, adapting to evolving platform standards and client requirements.
- Stay current on marketing technology trends and platform updates to continually improve automation performance and campaign outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct experience creating complex automations in Zapier, Make and/or n8n
- 2+ years of direct experience creating automations in ActiveCampaign
- Expert using Thrive Themes (WordPress)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for when automations break
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred
- Basic understanding of digital advertising
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers and data
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think logically and independently to automate processes (Automation expert)
- Proficiency in filtering data and utilizing if-else logic
- Experience with time-based and time-bound automations
- Expertise in connecting multiple applications using Zapier
